Event Times
Bandstand Music arrives to each of our events approximately 1 hour before our official start time. This gives us more than enough time to get everything ready. Time for set up is free and does not count as part of your contracted music time.

**Please note that you have Bandstand Music reserved for 5 hours of continuous music. Any additional hours needed are $25.00 per half hour or $50.00 per hour. Any extra hours or DJ gratuity must be paid by the on the night of the event.

About your Bandstand Music DJ
DJ's can be anything from interactive to very low key. It is important to decide the role you want the DJ to play during this event. The following questions will help you answer that.
