** Note - You have Bandstand Music reserved for 5 hours of music. (set up and tear down does not interfere with the 5 hours and you will not be charged for it. Your time starts when you have requested the dj music to begin (cocktail, dinner, or mingling music counts as part of the 5 hours). Any additional hours needed are $25.00 per half hour ($50.00 per hour). Remember that Bandstand Music can only play for as long as you have the facility reserved for. Any fees for additional time needed or gratuities go directly to the DJ and these fees must be paid the night of the event.

Below you will see a list of typical reception events. Some will apply to you and some may not. In order for your DJ to facilitate these events please list items that apply to you and the order you would like them to proceed. Announcing the Bridal Party
There are basically four options when it comes to your DJ announcing the Bridal Party. Those four options include:

1)The Grand Entrance - your DJ will announce the names of the Bridal Party as they enter the venue. A fun song of your choice can be played for this.
2) Before the toast - DJ can announce Bridal Party seated at the head table right before toast.
3) Before Bridal Party Dance - DJ simply announce the Bridal Party as they proceed to the dance floor.
4) No introductions required.
